We do five things, and we do them with the same discipline we have applied to senior search for three decades. Each is its own engagement; together, they cover the leadership decisions that shape what a business becomes.

How we work

One firm, five disciplines.

The five services below are how we have organised our work. The categories are real: discovering leaders covers the search disciplines — executive search, board search and market mapping. Advisory & succession covers the work that comes before and after the search itself — assessment, calibration, and the multi-year work of planning the next transition.

Many engagements draw on more than one. A founder-led business preparing for an IPO might begin with a succession plan, run an executive search alongside it, and call on leadership advisory to onboard the appointee through the first year. We are deliberate about which combination the situation calls for.

Where you do not see a service we offer below, we will say so. We do not take on work we cannot do justice to.
