We have placed senior leadership across India's industrial and corporate landscape for over three decades. We are deliberately selective about where we go deep. Below are the sectors where our research, our network and our judgement are at their strongest.

Why depth, not breadth

Senior search is won and lost on knowing the market.

The depth of a firm's network in a given sector, the candidates it can credibly reach, the judgement it can apply to a shortlist — these are not interchangeable across industries. They are built, slowly, by being there.

We have made a deliberate choice over the years to go deep in a small number of sectors rather than be passably useful across many. Where you see us listed below, our research is current, our relationships are warm, and we know the leadership picture well enough to add a perspective worth paying for.

Where you do not see a sector, we will say so. We will not take a mandate we cannot do justice to.

What our depth looks like

The same firm has worked the boardrooms of listed chemicals businesses and the founder offices of mid-cap auto suppliers. We have placed plant heads in Gujarat greenfield projects and CFOs in Mumbai-headquartered financial institutions. The breadth of our work across these sectors is real; the depth within each one is what we are known for.
